I felt inspired by all these high-end reclaimed wood coffee tables and thought I could DIY one myself. I start with some cheap lumber, do some distressing to age the wood and then some stain mixing. To make it even better, you do not need a power saw to do this (but you will need at least a drill). Will I be able to achieve this coffee table for less than $100 (when they retail at stores like Pottery Barn for over $1,000)?
