Hey SLOABIES!!
First off, how excited are you guys about PokemonGo? It's been taking over my life, and gratefully-- I think I am losing more weight just by being outside and trying to catch things. My measly level 7 is nothing to brag about, but I promise I will be there. One of the earlier Pokemon that I caught was a Bulbasaur and it inspired me to make this cute little Bulbasuar Planter . I love plants, and I love having them in cute and fun vases to really liven up the room. What is a better way than to celebrate with this DIY!!! YEAHHHH!!!
BAKING WARNING: Because we are baking with glass, if it's not tempered glass it might shatter! I am pretty sure the Dollar Tree glass vases aren't tempered, so to be sure we will bake safely. First, place the glass with ears in the oven while it's still cool. Let it pre-heat to 215 degrees, bake for 15 minutes, turn off the oven and let it cool IN THE OVEN. Once it's cooled, take it out and proceed. This reduces the shock in temperature of the glass, and this way it won't shatter in your hands if it's not tempered!
