Proper Printing | DIY PCB on Creality printer and nailed it!? @properprinting | Uploaded 5 years ago | Updated 3 hours ago
In this video I'll show you how I create a double sided PCB with my Creality CR-10 printer without using alignment holes. This is a follow up of my previous video in which I did not succeed fully. I have learned a lot making that video and I use that gained knowledge in this one.
I have had a lot of fun making a PCB on the printer and I will definitely do this more often. I highly recommend to try this yourself if you want to do more than just 3D printing. Remember to do this at your own risk, but I am always willing to give advice. Don't hesitate to leave a comment or contact me if you have questions, suggestions or remarks.
Please consider buying me a coffee if you liked it or helped you :) http://ko-fi.com/properprinting I place photos of the projects I am working on here too at random to get you excited with what has to come!

You can find the parts I have used in this video together with my other designs on my website: https://properprinting.pro/product-category/3d-print-files/
The instructions I used to flash the bootloader: instructables.com/id/Flashing-a-Bootloader-to-the-CR-10
The firmware I have installed: http://marlinfw.org/meta/download
Link to the airsoft MOSFET I used: fireworksairsoft.webs.com/downloads.htm
The modifications I have done to the gcode files:
Add M211 S0 and G92 X0 Y0 Z0 at the beginning (turned out that this only works with the firmware upgrade)
Replace M3 with M106
Replace M5 with M107
I have adjusted the first z height to 6mm to prevent the drill bit from collapsing into the corner piece.
Software used for making this video:
