Hey friends! Today, I wanted to share a fun hack with you.... I showed this a while back on my channel but incase you missed that video - I am showing you the easiest way to remove varnish/ stain or paint off of wooden furniture, like this desk in this video.

I wanted to get rid of the cherry red wood tone and give this desk a new life with a bleached coastal look. I have seen this technique on instagram and pinterest and I think using OVEN CLEANER is the easiest and fastest way to remove the old varnish! It works better than the 2 minute liquid remover I used this video - in my opinion..

I know some people may be iffy about the chemical used - but if you wear a mask and do this outdoors - it's no different than spraying this in your oven to clean it.. I will say I have tried dollar trees version of the oven cleaner and it does not work - you need to purchase the brand that I show in this video: EASY - OFF amzn.to/3SmgMIL
