Hey guys I have a really fun video for you. I saw this idea on Pinterest and wanted to give it a try, plus everything should be available at your local dollar store or made very inexpensively. I have tried it and it really is an amazing soak in your bath water for tired achy muscles. Thanks so much for watching.

Things you will need:
1 1/2 cups of Epsom salts
1/2 cup coarse sea salt or pink himalayan salt
1/2 cup baking soda
6 to 8 drops essential oils (optional)
Food coloring (optional)
Mix all ingredients together until well combine. Add essential oils and food colouring continuing to stir until all mixed thoroughly. Store in a container. Add desired amount of soak to bath water and enjoy.
