Soldering Microscope Improvement: More working height and viewing area!
The Mustool MT315 digital microscope was a big improvement for soldering compared to no magnification, but now it's way better with this A4988 stepper powered stand.
The working height under the lens is now around 25cm, giving a lot of space for soldering irons or even hot air tools, and increasing the PCB viewing area to over 30mm.
There's also more clearance now to fit larger PCBs on the work surface compared to the limitations of a traditional microscope base/stand.
