Janna Niki | DIY Maleficent Hair Horns @JannaNiki | Uploaded October 2019 | Updated October 2024, 3 days ago.
Hope you enjoy my little DIY Maleficent Hair Horns! This was actually a lot easier to make than I thought it would be. Even if you don't want to wrap the horns in hair you can just leave them painted black and they would be such a good costume. Just throw on a black dress and some horns, easy peasy!
Materials needed:
-A hairband
-Plastic/ paper cups (or styrofoam cones like I used)
-A hot glue gun
-Pipe cleaner
-Aluminum Foil
-Black tape
-Hair (optional)
