I did something stupid, the internet went out and I had to go home to reverse my stupidity. Turned out that the frag tank overflowed! I used the wizardry of the GHL ProfiLux 4's Programmable Logic to create a tank level safety net! No more sleeping in fear. 😊

I added a fan to the frag tank in hopes of limiting the chiller's use. With the chiller removed from the system, my phosphates went to 0.00! WTF? Something was living in that chiller! Was dosing lanthanum chloride to lower phosphates, but now I need to add phosphates! I've cycled vinegar and bleach through the chiller. Maybe it's better now.
