Why buy a super expensive lipstick when you can make your own DIY lipstick with crayons and coconut oil that will leave your lips streaky and last 5 minutes? LOL, well I tried this simple DIY formula for fun with my sister and her friend and it actually came out as a great DIY lip balm!

The moisturizing effect of the coconut oil coupled with the creaminess of the crayons actually makes for a great moisturizer. Seriously! The moisturizing effect actually stays on the lips for a long time, while the color doesn't.

I have come across many videos on how to make lipstick with crayons, and I wanted to try this simple recipe that just requires the crayons and coconut oil. So I hope you enjoy it and get to try it yourself. For fun at least!
