DIY Laser Enclosure Anyone Can Build | ACMER S2 Pro (No Table Saw) @BCreviews

In this video I build a DIY laser enclosure for the ACMER S2 Pro using simple materials from a local DIY hardware store. The goal was to stop smoke filling my studio and improve safety, without needing a table saw or specialist woodworking tools.

This is Part 1 of the build, where I focus on the overall design, frame construction, and enclosure layout. Everything here is beginner friendly and can be done with basic hand tools. If you are running a diode laser in a small room or home studio, an enclosure like this makes a huge difference.

In Part 2, coming later this month, I will finish the enclosure, add ventilation and extraction, and do real smoke tests with the laser running so you can see how effective it is in practice.
