Continuation of experiments with DIY injection molding. I finally made a working aluminum mold with Dremel CNC! With this mold, I am able to make two M5 washers at once with hot glue. It works great and is very simple to use. I also don't have to use any kind of release agent to get parts out of the mold, it's easy to take them out. The second mold is not that successful, some more experiments and a new hot glue gun, I will get it working soon.
