Easy and Fun! I have been wanting a knee length trendy pair of jean cut offs. If you know me and watch my videos, you know I can't just stop there, I had to jazz them up and create a one of a kind piece of wearable art. In this video, we will be cutting off a pair of jeans into shorts, distressing with a rotary tool, making and adding heart appliques and doing a little decorate stitching with embroidery thread.
