Wearable art pants! In this diy video tutorial, we will create a whole cottage core/lagenlook outfit. We start with a pair of bloomers or palazzo pants. These are made from a plain pair of white pants from the thrift store. We add fun lace, appliques, trims, buttons and so much more! Then I have a short diy on how to create a coordinating high low lace ruffle top with rose appliques. We then dye everything with a fun technique using two colors of Rit dye...enjoy!
