Inspired by the artwork of the graphic novel, Gotham by Gaslight. For this project I used 5mm, 3mm, and 2mm EVA craft foam, Mod Podge, contact cement, super glue, pleather, DAP alex acrylic silicone plus latex, and painted with an air brush.
