I'm going to show you how to make an Elizabethan Ruff out of linen that can be used in for historical costuming, cosplay and fashion. Then we're going to do it all over again with Fiber Optic Fabric as I make the first garment for my Anne Boleyn from SIX cosplay. These light up ruffs are worn in the song Haus of Holbein and while this is not how they make them for Broadway this way is a bit better for the purpose of cosplay.
