Hey guys! In todays episode to reach my goal of $20,000, I will be flipping an old, broken, dirty antique dresser into an adorable Farmhouse Style Piece.
This project was extremely difficult simply because of the repairs I had to make on it, but after everything was fixed, the Farmhouse Style was actually really simple to achieve! Watch the whole video to find out exactly how I made mine.

So I had this item listed on FB marketplace for several days and got absolutely no bites!! I’m talking very few views, no saves, no inquiries! So I reduced my price and still nothing. I tried taking pictures in a different location to get it to pop a little bit more and still, there was very little interest. A bit more than there was before, but not by much. So I ended up changing the hardware on it (visit my Instagram for more photos) and it FINALLY SOLD!! This was definitely my most difficult sale, but it finally happened! I ended up selling it for almost half of what I originally asked for, which hurt my heart just a tad, but a profit is still a profit and now I have more room in my garage for the next project :)
Total Spent: $80 + $29 for new hardware
Sold for: $295
Profit $186
