In this video I give you a quick and dirty guide to constructing your own eucharistic ritual.
With everyone in social isolation and OTO lodges closed, many of us are missing attending Gnostic Mass and taking communion. So in this video I give you the tools you need to construct a eucharistic ritual with items you probably already have at home.
The ingredients for the cake I use this video are: 210 g barley flour, 3 fl oz water, 3 tbsp clear honey, 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix into a dough, make 10-15 cakes on a cookie sheet, and bake at 400 F for 15 mins. (Add Oil of Abramelin and a little blood and you've got a Cake of Light.)
