I wanted an electric jack for the front of my camping trailer but I didn't want to spend the extra money. My father-in-law suggested removing the handle and using a drill so I can't take credit for the idea. I tried it out and this is a really easy way to crank the jack on a trailer especially when there isn't enough room for the hand-crank. If you do try this, don't forget to keep a pin in the top of the crank shaft so that it doesn't fall out.
