If you ever make your own circuit boards, the need to drill really small diameter holes is a requirement. I noticed a listing on ebay for a $5.99 pcb drill press!

However it's just a toy DC motor, a collet, and a nice vial of pcb drill bits.

This video goes through one-way of mounting these items to build a complete drill press.
