Hi friends! Today I will show you how I decorated my DIY Dollar Tree 3-Tiered Tray and our Buffet Table using Dollar Store Items. I am also including 2 bonus DIYs, one for DIY Burlap Garland and DIY Mini Topiary Cypress Cup Tree. This winter theme decor will be up until I decorate for Spring 2020. I hope you enjoy! Hugs~ Josie
Materials used:
PROJECT1: DIY Burlap Fabric Garland
1-2 packs of Dollar Tree Wired Garland Ties
2 yards of 6-inch wide roll of burlap (I got mine at burlapfabric.com website - Model: BROLL-6-100-10oz - 1 roll 6" wide burlap roll) - coupon code, for $5 off a $5+ purchase at burlapfabric.com: 5OFFLIFEAT50 (I'm not receiving any commission but passing on to you the savings).
PROJECT2: DIY Mini Topiary Cypress Cup Tree
1 Dollar Tree cup (any cup will do, I chose the snowman cup for color coordination)
1 Dollar Tree mini Christmas tree
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
2-3 pieces of wired garland ties
1 sprig of huckleberries or red berries
1 wooden tag (Joy) from Walmart- got a pack of 5 for $1.98

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) is a law created to protect the privacy of children under 13. The Act was passed by the U.S. Congress in 1998 and took effect in April 2000. COPPA is managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Back in September 2019, YouTube and FTC reached a settlement.
Nov 22, 2019 - The FTC enforces the law through the COPPA Rule. In general, COPPA requires operators of commercial websites and online services that are directed to children to provide notice and obtain verifiable parental consent before they collect personal information from kids under 13.
In a nutshell - anything that may be deemed as appealing to children 13 and under should be marked as made for kids. I just want to make sure I comply by not including materials that may be appealing to children 13 and under. A fine of up to $42,530 per video may be imposed if found in violation.
