DIY DECOUPAGE TOY HORSE
Remember when you decoupaged stuff in the second grade? We take the technique to a new level by applying decorative napkins to a toy horse we found at the thrift store for a couple of bucks! This is a truly beautiful DIY project for us. Decoupaging with napkins may be new to some who are just used to using tissue paper. I show you a secret or two along the way as well!
