I made this cowl using 5mm, 3mm and 2mm EVA craft foam sheets and high density EVA foam mats. Adhesives: super glue, contact cement, hot glue. All sealing done with DAP ALEX PLUS acrylic silicone with latex, and Mod Podge. Primer: spray paint. Texture/finish: plasti-dip.
