IT WORKS GREAT! After posting this video I gave the new seat a negative review. I talked to a friend and he suggested a suspension seat post. The new post took care of the loosening problem I originally had as well as taking care of any back pain. I first show a problem most bike seats pose for men. I then alter my own bike seat for a healthy "comfort" ride.
