The "Divine Mercy Chaplet with Meditations" is a chaplet that was given to Saint Faustina by Jesus as a spiritual tool for obtaining pardon for one's sins through the offering of the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus to the Father in atonement for sins. Although all of the prayers are the same as the regular Divine Mercy Chaplet, this particular chaplet contains meditations on the Passion of Jesus in order to enhance meditation.
*A NOTE ON THIS VIDEO * - The line "Turned away by His Father" is part of the original meditation script used in this video. We acknowledge that this phrasing is not entirely precise — the Father never truly abandoned His Son, and the bond of the Holy Trinity is unbreakable. Jesus was praying Psalm 22, which begins in anguish but ends in complete trust in God. We appreciate those who have pointed this out and we have made note of it for future content.
