Work done before flight:
Fixed loose hose clamp
Addressed static error by changing units in the EFIS
Added Hydraulic Fluid to address gear issues
Swung the gear to get air out of the hyraulic system
Changed EFIS EGT alarms to 1525°F
Changed EFIS Fuel flow alarm to 50 GPH

Data:

Take Off Power: Takeoff 4200 RPM and 40" MAP. This lower power setting is adequate, mixture at full rich is still too rich.
Climb to 7,000' MSL: Climb 3500 RPM and 30" MAP. Climb power setting worked well, engine seemed to like it.
1 hour at cruise power: Cruise 3000 RPM and 25" MAP. Burned 20 gallons total, 10 left and 10 right. This cruise power setting resulted in a level speed above the cleared envelope (estimate 190 MIAS). In order to run this power for the hour I had to climb. Starting at 7,000 feet I would climb to 14,500 feet, reduce power to get back to 7,000 feet and then repeat.
Stick Raps to 200 MIAS: Stick raps on five MPH centers from 160 out to 200 MIAS. The airplane is very tight, all raps were very well damped. The over the shoulder camera makes is look like things were less damped then they were, the camera mount wasn't stiff. We need to go back to the helmet mounted camera for cockpit indications.
Vs first indication: (Expect 88 MIAS) Alarm at 87, Nose drop/elevator buffet 80 MIAS, Suspect airspeed installation error. Decel rate was slow, did not reach aft stick limit.
Vso first indication: (Expect 79 MIAS) Alarm 78, Rt wing drop/Nose drop/Elevator buffet 72 MIAS, suspect airspeed installation error. Decel rate was slow, did not reach aft stick limit.

Squawks:
Right Gear Down Light Flickers on taxi
Mag Weak, appeared to clean up with lean mixture, but this is very marginal
Mixture is still rich, takes about 50% mixture before EGT peaks.
Artificial Horizon tumbles very easily.
Aileron forces high, friction in the system seems to get worse with cold.
Engine miss above 12,000' MSL. Fuel flow goes up with altitude. At cruise power 22 GPH at 7K became 27GPH at 14.5. Pulling fuel flow back to 22 cleared the miss. EGT peak was around 16 gph.
Airspeed error. 9% flaps up, 9% flaps down.
