#Diversity involves that those that populate our communities are represented and visible. #Inclusion means that everyone feels heard, seen, valued and respected. #InclusionWeek2021 at #HCCB has been another refresher course on these parameters.
This week we also learnt about the nuances of (1) Exploring Microaggressions, (2) Disability sensitization, (3) Launch of Inclusion Handbook, (4) Veteran Hiring Session (5) Relaunch of Women Inspired Networks (WIN). There is so much to learn, share, practice and implement in this space if we have to create a microcosm of #India with #HCCB
