By collecting information from many locations, most are from my memory, I have created a spreadsheet to store and help locate the fault fixes. This information will help you diagnose your Apple II, II+, IIe, IIc, and peripheral cards.

The spreadsheet will work in Libra Office. However, the macros may not as I have not tested that yet.
