PSAs (Public Service Announcements) are a form of educational advertising that provides the purpose of informing individuals on concerning subjects. Over the last few decades, we all grew up with PSAs. Sometimes though, these commercials can come off in such an effective way that they can disturb the viewer! On the interment, many people refer to these commercials as "Disturbing PSAs" or "Scary PSAs".
