Autism and its intersection with plurality
Session description: Autism comorbidity is quite common among systems. In this presentation we will discuss the ways in which plurality and autism interact with each other, and how to better understand some of the unique needs autistic systems may have.
TW (TRIGGER WARNINGS) for the session: Some discussion of ableism and autistic social trauma.
Presenter bio: A plural system of more than twenty-five people living and working together in one body. As intra-community educators, activists, and content creators; they aim to provide a completely honest look at what being a system is like, as they speak to aspects that tend to go unspoken; as well as the intersection of multiplicity, queer activism, and disability activism.

Session description: In 2020, our therapist sent us a story written from the point of view of two babies, one cared for and the other abandoned. The story sent us into an emotional spiral to be remembered but most importantly, it sparked a revolution in our mind. We realized that we had to take care of them and that they were very different from other alters. Three years later, we have developed techniques, encouraged expression and sparked major shifts through healing our (now 13) baby parts. We are happy and honored to share them with you all and hope it will help you all.
Trigger warnings for this session: infant trauma, emotional abandonment, human trafficking, teen trafficked, baby parts fronting during trauma, existential fear or existential dread, as well as baby loss and abortion.

Title of the session: The China Plural Community & Plurality test - free test to better understand yourself & your system!
Please be aware that the session will mention dormancy, the concept of some other tests and psychiatrics, plurality and sysmeds, and schizophrenia and wrong diagnoses.
Session description:
In this session, I will talk about the Plural Community in China and introduce the Plurality Test. This test is designed to:
Determine if you are part of a system.
Identify whether you are median or not.
Differentiate between Schizophrenia and Plural symptoms.
Assess the presence of an inner world.
Evaluate the barriers between you and other system members.
This test aims to address limitations in previous diagnostic tests for plurality or DID by clearly acknowledging the reality and distinctness of each system member. It includes a scale to determine plurality without relying on misconceptions. The test is also capable of identifying when individuals may be exaggerating symptoms, which adds to its validity.
During the session, I will cover how to use the test and discuss the tests design, as well as any challenges encountered during its development.
Presenter bio: Hey! This is Nighten (Singlet, he/him/his) from China, Shanghai. People can choose to listen to me if my words are worth that. I was originally in tulpa community, but learned more plural stuff after I dig into the related phenomenon. I recognized that there is no resourses about plural (only about tulpa and DID) in china, and I took much knowledge for that. These knowledge helped settle down the long dispute in tulpa community about some rarer phenomenon, and also helped some plural systems that do not belong to both category (the grey zone). I helped a little therapy work for them, but not much due to time reason and my skill reason. I made test on helping them know their situation. Thats my work on helping them.
