So I went to the Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy concert in Rosemont last night. Fucking awesome, it was. Anyway, during the intermission, I noticed a lot of people with Dissidia out, so I went back to my seat and tried to battle some people. I found this guy and proceeded to battle him until the second part started.

Kain, in my eyes, was a disappointment gameplay-wise. When I heard he could cancel his attacks to a dash to chain more, I was all awesome. I love the dragoon class, too.
But when I played as him, his gimmick felt kinda... Useless. When you use the dash, you should be able to follow up with something if you want, but it just never wants to work for me. The opponent always gets out of my combo.
Hes still fun, and a very necessary addition to the roster, but just... underwhelming for me.")

Tifa is like Kain, except I never wanted to play as her in the first place; she had a cool gimmick idea, but (at least against the CPU) it just doesnt work well. Her attacks come out fast, at least.
Also, fuck Ultemecias Castle.")
