Preheat oven to 375 F
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 ounce bag peanut butter baking chips
1 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and place to the side.
2. Combine butter, brown sugar, and sugar in separate bowl and mix until smooth and fluffy.
3. Add peanut butter and eggs. Mix until combined.
4. Add vanilla.
5. Add flour mixture a little bit at a time and stir until combined.
6. Fold in peanut butter chips.
7. Use an ice cream scoop with a thumb release to scoop cookie dough. Do not pack the dough firm.
8. Place dough on cookie sheet that has been covered with parchment paper. Make sure to have some space between the cookies because they do spread a little bit.
9. Bake anywhere from 10-15 minutes.
10. Remove cookies from oven and let sit on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
These cookies are going to look big, because they are, because, you know.... Disneyland.
