Disney has a huge influence over society and our children today, but have you actually paid attention to the meaning behind some of your favorite Disney songs? This doesn't mean they're overall terrible. They're catchy thats for sure! Let us know what you think in the comment section below.

Backstory:
Some Disney songs have the opposite meaning to the plot of the film! In Frozen, Let It Go, Elsa is trying to convince herself to "the past is in the past" but she doesn't let it go. In The Lion King, the song Hakuna Matata is a problem free philosophy contrary to the plot of the story. The music goes along with the character and how they're feeling in the moment of the film, but taken out of context, it changes. Escaping overwhelming grief is not great life advice.
