Control your speed using the built in controls in Youtube (hit the gear and choose speed) and you can feel like you're working out in the Bahamas! This was taken during the RunDisney Castaway Cay Challenge cruise in 2020, but please note this is the same free 5K offered on every Disney Cruise that stops in Castaway Cay.
