I started this... two summers ago? Anyhow, I thought I'd finish it and post it. Note: Chroma Keyer is not my friend. It hates me. I did all that I could manage, and I've much to learn. I don't really do Non/Disney Crossover stuff that often, anyhow?
Also. Right. There's a plot here. Uhh... I forget what it was? BUT I THINK IT WAS UMM.
There's all these Gods, and specific kingdoms are ruled by specific Gods. Whoever ruled Atlantis (I'm assuming Pisces?) either died, got really angry, or stopped give a crap, so he decided to just drown the place and skedaddle. Hades, who rules the underworld, noticed this going on, and didn't really give a crap, either. But then he figured that a bunch of people were going to die as a result, and didn't like the idea of doing all that paper work, so he decided to save Atlantis and become their new god. Because, hey, it's more fun than just ruling the underworld, and woo people to worship you! However, he did have to take one sacrifice in order to protect Atlantis, and that sacrifice was Kida's mother.
YEARS LATER. Hades gets bored again and decides that he wants a queen. Meanwhile, Kida has lived her life wondering what happened to her mother, thinking that she simply resides with Hades now, and he must know where she is. Hades shows up in Atlantis, and Kida instantly begs him to tell her where her mother is. Hades, being the tricky douche he is, makes a deal with her. He tells her that he will show her where her mother is, if she agrees to be his queen. Being raised brainwashed into thinking that Hades is a righteous god, Kida doesn't hesitate to take the opportunity, not seeing any downside.
Hades takes Kida to the underworld, and as promised, reveals the whereabouts of her mother - and Kida learns that she's been dead this entire time. Kida puts two and two together, and realizes that she has been tricked. And this is where I'm starting to forget what exactly happens here? But more or less, I'm assuming Hades is all like LOL I KILLED YOUR MOM LOL I'M ACTUALLY A GIANT DOUCHE LOL BUT WHATEVA YOU'RE GONNA BE MY WIFE NOW WHAT DO.
But then, like, *cough*deus ex machina*cough* I'm guessing the dead ancestors of Atlantis give her power and she becomes a God? Like. I know she becomes the new god of Atlantis. SOMEHOW. Anyways, Hades is all freaked out. And from then on Kida protected Atlantis from the douchebaggery of Hades :'D And she also told him to GTFO whenever they had god parties in Olypmus.
(Did I mention that this totally once made sense once upon a time. DID I.)
Oh well. I'm sure there's been far more convoluted plots in the history of Disney crossover fan videos. Possibly. Maybe. Probably not.

RULES
* The theme of this MEP is a mix between eastern and western comic books. That means you can edit with manga, DC/Marvel, and other eastern or western comics such as manhwa, webcomics, independent comics, and so on. As long as its 2-D!
* I would like to keep a balance of eastern and western comics. A ratio of 7-6 is what were aiming for, since there are 13 parts.
* As for everything else, follow the lyrics! C:
* Only use fanart or doujinshi if you get permission from the creators and/or give links to their original material. I know this policy can seem a bit hypocritical since were working with copyrighted material, anyhow, but I want to avoid internet drama.
* All programs are allowed, as long as you can render in roughly HD format (around 1280x720 or higher).
* You can pair whatever gender with whatever gender you wish. I believe the lyrics are gender-neutral.
* Keep it PG-13.
* Fandom and character repeats are allowed, but no pairing repeats. Also, characters may only be repeated twice. This is so we avoid what happened in the last MEP where Dick Grayson really got around...
* NO WATERMARKS.
* Members are allowed to have two tracks. However, keep the eastern/western ratio in mind. If youre going to do two parts, I would prefer if you did one with an eastern comic and one with a western comic.
* If you do have two tracks, make sure they arent next to eachother. If they are, make sure that they are very different.
* In order to audition, you must send me a PM with the following format:
Name/Nickname: ( What you would like to be referred to as. )
Track: ( 3 tracks in order of preference - in case two people want the same track. Be sure to specify if you would like one or two tracks. )
Series: ( The series you will be editing with - could label as to be announced if you want. )
Characters/Pairings: ( The characters you will be editing with - may also label as to be announced. )
Questions/Comments: ( Any questions/comments you might have. )
* If TBA, please be sure to decide on a series and/or characters soon, to be sure of no repeats.
* When you send me the audition, Ill take a look at your channel to see what your editing is like. If there are any particular videos you would like for me to see, please mention them in the PM.
