I take my games seriously, so naturally I had to have the plague while playing Dishonored 🙃 there's nothing to worry about as long as I don't have blood coming from my eyes, right? After escaping Coldridge Prison, Corvo makes it to The Hound Pits Pub and meets the Loyalists who are definitely an odd little bunch, but what can't a team of misfits accomplish? Samuel gets us across the river, Admiral Havelock starts laying out the plan, Lord Pendleton brings the hoity-toity high society energy, and Piero immediately gets to work on the mask and gear because we seem to be committing to the full dramatic assassin aesthetic. I also loved getting to poke around the pub, read way too much lore while my voice was fighting for its life, and see how much history Arkane packed into every dusty room, whale oil tank, and plague warning. Then the Outsider showed up, pulled us somewhere else entirely, and suddenly this revenge story has bone charms, runes, Blink, and a whole lot more witchcraft than I was prepared for. This game just got waaay more interesting! Thanks for watching and for your time 💛
