The Eureka Achievement / Trophy is unlocked by solving the Jindosh Lock without any outside help.

This is done in Mission 6: Dust District.
The solution to this riddle is different in each playthrough.
Make a save when you first reach the Jindosh Lock. Head to the Overseer Outpost to find Durante's key in the Vice Overseer's office. Now, head to the 2nd floor of the Crone's Hand Saloon to find Durante's apartment. The code to solve your riddle is on a desk inside. Write down your code and reload the save you made back at the Jindosh Lock. Now you can enter your code and unlock your achievement.
