We were honored to participate in our sharing the You can call it cauliflower stuff if you want to. Cauliflower stuffingcoll!
One head cauliflower, two stocks celery, one small white onion, three force cup chicken broth, 6 tablespoons butter, three strips of bacon, tablespoon of chopped garlic, tablespoon of fresh sage, teaspoon of dried thyme, half a cup of dried cranberries, salt and pepper to taste, and I omitted Portabella mushrooms and added a half a teaspoon of coriander .
Mix it all together and bake at 450° for 15 minutes, stir and bake for an additional 15 minutes checking every five until cauliflower is Al dente.
