With BLSS being patched on the newest update for Breath of the Wild I decided to do a commentated run of the old BTB route that's sure to make a comeback. Throughout the run I discuss things like what new updates will mean for the leaderboard and explain why I think this change, while fairly unpopular among runners and casual fans alike, could actually be quite exciting by bringing back some beloved strats!

BotW 100% includes basically everything in the game including all 900 koroks, all main shrine and side quests, all 120 shrines, 100% map completion including named locations, all 84 minibosses, etc. With the switch 2 weve been able to save a ton of time because of shorter load times and because this speedrun relies mostly on windbombs, the loss of BLSS isnt felt nearly as much. This is the first 14:1X but with 4 or so easy minutes to save during day 1 I dont think Im done quite yet. Pretty solid day 2 though.

The switch 2 edition is pretty fast! But to unlock its full potential you have to speedrun it on master mode because of windblight skip not working at 60 fps for the normal mode route. This is one of the most unique routes Ive seen for Breath of the Wild which has made running switch 2 edition for the past few weeks very fun. Shoutouts to Huiwengege for coming up with most of the strats here and stay tuned for a commentated run of this in the near future

Ive been working on Tears of the Kingdom All Dungeons speedruns for the last month or so and managed to beat it in under 2.5 hours for the first time ever! All Dungeons includes the 5 temples (including spirit) as well as Hyrule Castle before then beating the game so its a really good showcase of the game since you get to see so much more than an any% speedrun. Theres a lot of cool glitches that we use to trivialize the puzzles and Ill probably make an explainer video pretty soon so keep an eye out for that
