In this episode we talk about the difference of Christ's attitude in the Book of Mormon vs. the Doctrine & Covenants and even the Bible in relation to going to the cross. What caused Him to sweat drops of blood in the Garden? Was it fear of pain and the tribulation he was heading towards, asking if he could get out of it? Or was it something else? We look at a preponderance of evidence showing that Jesus was the very eternal God and planned from the beginning to die for us. Many of the prophets testify of this in the Book of Mormon. Are we willing to embrace its teaching at the expense of giving up our past traditions and beliefs when they conflict?
