On February 12, the Lijiang Snow Mountain Scenic Train developed by CRRC ZELC officially began operation, offering travelers a unique and immersive way to explore one of China’s most breathtaking regions.
Spanning 20.7 kilometers, the route links major attractions including Baisha Ancient Town, Yushui Village, Dongba Valley, Gan Haizi, and the majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
Designed for sightseeing, the train features giant panoramic windows made of electrically adjustable color-changing glass, ensuring wide, comfortable views even under intense plateau sunlight. Inside, the décor is inspired by the rich culture of the Naxi people, blending modern comfort with ethnic charm.
