The CPK hybrid is fast, flexible and portable – thanks to a battery. This allows you to tie smaller cable ties - in just 0.65 seconds per binding - and with a fully charged battery, up to 8,000 cable ties can be made.
It can be used lying or standing and it can also be used with power supply. The HT Data Management CPK software is used for extensive data evaluation and monitoring of the setting process and export production data.
The ATS flex is thus the most sustainable cable tie system from HellermannTyton. It bundles fully automatic and waste-free – thanks to special closures that secure the belt completely and without waste around the bundle. The correct jaw size and speed are automatically set during commissioning – this allows us to achieve better process quality.
The CPK hybrid can bind and cut bundle diameters up to 20 mm.
With the ATS flex we can bundle up to a diameter of 100 mm. 3 quick-change jaw sizes in diameters of 30 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm are included, but additional jaw size is also available in 100 mm - Ideally suited for large-scale production.
