How many people who claim to be ‘Christians’ are actually born again? How many really know Christ? Is there are difference between being a ‘believer’ and being a ‘disciple’ according to Scripture? Is new birth merely a designation or an existential experience?
In Western countries some will tick ‘christian’ on a document rather than Muslim or atheist, yet only attend a church for a wedding or funeral, or send a Christmas card, but in countries such as China and Iran, to label oneself a Christian means you are a devoted disciple of Christ prepared to die for your faith.
Are you a devoted disciple of Christ or just wearing a label that says ‘christian’? If it’s the first Christ will be first in your life, and if the second, He will one day say to you, ‘depart from me, I never knew you’. In this video I challenge all who claim to be Christian to examine that claim against the biblical definition.
