DIRTY OLD TOWN

2 oz (60 ml) Irish Whiskey
.50 oz (15 ml) Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Grand Marnier
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Ramazzotti
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Stir 25-30 seconds
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish w/cocktail cherry
Enjoy responsibly!
