Director Dalibor Barić introduces the 2020 Annecy Festival officially selected film, "Accidental Luxuriance of the Translucent Watery Rebus". The film pays homage to surrealism, enigmas and childhood memories. Almost two years in the making, recent events have strangely coincided with the original story, where "we maintain everyday's life while we are really going through apocalypse.” Even so, behind all surveillance, detectives, regimes, alienations, there is this small oasis of life, always at the verge but somehow unbreakable and consistent.
