I used the acrylic pouring technique in making an abstract water lily pond. This process is very easy and fun:)

Pouring medium: 2 parts Elmer glue, 2 parts Demco pouring medium, two parts Floetrol and 3 parts tap water.
There is no silicon in the colors.
Colors: Neon yellow, Cobalt blue, Emerald green, White (Artist' loft);
Bright pink, Lavender, Navy blue, Hunter green, Leaf green (Deco Art); Orange (Liquitex); Different shades of blue colors were made by mixing blue and navy blue with white color.
