Holmarc dip coating unit is an ideal instrument for the development of protective and functional coatings. Dip coating is used in a number of industries and fields of research including electronics. Holmarc dip coating unit is designed to deposit nanoscale layers of materials and thin films, in a controlled and repeatable way.
Holmarc dip coating unit has been designed to keep operator involvement as minimum as possible so that variables like speed, duration, etc. are regulated accurately by computer control. Movements are achieved by a precision servo motor controlled linear stage. This particular model is a customized version of our standard model HO-TH-01. It included a long travel stage and a higher substrate coating capacity. As per customer requirement we have designed 3 different types of solution containers as well as a substrate holder which can hold a substrate of maximum size 1footx1footx3mm.
