https://www.tvrepairinfo.com After having tested thousands of diodes over the corse of my career, there was once a time where I found myself unnecessarily unsoldering diodes to test them due to the fact that other components in parallel with the diodes under test would give me confusing readings, but after realizing almost all of the bad diodes I encountered had less than an ohm of resistance, I found myself using my ohms function rather than the diode check function when I had a reading that didn't make sense.
