This build of the game has an exception handler, which is pretty useful to check which instruction triggered the exception and the cause.
It normally doesn't show up due to a ClearImage call, which clears the whole screen and makes it pitch black, might have been done on purpose to hide this screen, if it were to crash at E3.
Controls of the screen are the following:
DPAD UP : Scroll up the instructions
DPAD DOWN : Scroll down the instruction
R1: Jump to the address that caused the exception
X: Increase scroll speed.
Square: Byte display mode x column (1 byte, 2 bytes, 4 bytes)
