dbwproductions.com presents a real life null test comparing Digital Performer 9.01 and Logic 10.2. The point of a null test is to see if 2 DAWs sound the same or not. When you reverse the phase on one of the mixes while both mixes from each DAW are played back they should cancel each other out. In other words, you won’t hear anything. If they’re slightly different you’ll still hear something. This isn’t a “which daw sounds better” video but more of a “both daws sound the same so use what you like and make great music” video;-)
