I started playing this level after Bloodlust and beat it a little less than 2 weeks later. Been busy with work and irl stuff so I can't really play every day, but got this out of the way pretty quickly in my books!
About the level... it's not very good. It was pretty easy to practice at first and I got 56-100 within 700 attempts. Then, of course, I got to devon and etzer's parts, which are infamous for the increase in difficulty. At first I found Devon extremely difficult but then learned that I was going the first cube wrong, af6tert which it became a lot easier. However for me, the most frustrating and gatekeeping part of the level was the first 40%. It is easily the easier half of the level and there are no hard parts. But even after that, it kept keeping me in struggle until the very end and it was really mentally draining. I found myself dying to random parts all over again and rarely getting to the truly hard parts, which are devon and etzer. Glad I finally beat this so I don't have to play that bullshit half anymore.
Even after the struggle I found this level an easier experience than Artificial Ascent, which is relieving since that means I've gotten better at the game. I still think this level is a bit overrated, maybe move it a few spots down in the demonlist?

MirQ told me this level was super fun but I cant agree with that. This must be the worst extreme demon I have ever played. The gameplay is decent but its so damn buggy and some parts are so annoying. Also some parts are very empty and boring. The drop is inconsistent too. Didnt like this level at all but luckily I beat it pretty fast :)
Wouldve done this on stream but I was a bit sick :P

Napalm by Marwec and others. First saw this when Artsi uploaded a video of it. It didnt really catch my eye as there is really nothing too special in the level. Its good quality and consistent in decoration, but has nothing new. Anyways, decided to try it around a week ago since it seemed rather easy. I was about to beat it in under 20 hours but then I had to rage quit it because it was so horrible.
The level looks good and has seemingly good gameplay with mostly good sync etc. but the reality isnt quite there in my opinion. I think the first 30% is complete diarrhea in terms of gameplay. While 30-100 ranges from decent to amazing gameplay, the first 30 ranges from pure shit to okay at most. This was very frustrating and unpleasant for me. It is a shame that all this potential was ruined by only a few bad gameplay parts.

Custi is back with another crazy level! This one is an adventure through a hellish grey world filled with collapsing buildings, demons and black magic. The journey culminates to a hectic boss fight with a dark summoner.
This is Custis longest level to date and man, it carries the high quality throughout the entire level well! Im surprised that he managed to make such a long level with no real low points, truly amazing. The amazing theme, designs, details and variety are what really makes this level stand out from the masses. My only complaints are a couple blind transitions at 45% and 69%, the spam-heavy gameplay part at the end and obviously the end screen transition, which is very lacking and surprisingly lame. This is because Custi ran out of groups but I think the transition could have been made better, now the background just sort of falls down, which looks really odd. While the cutscene is fitting and nice to look at, it gets a little boring when playing from 0 since its so long. Despite these couple flaws, the level is absolutely stunning and beautiful with easy and fairly sight-readable gameplay and I cant emphasize enough on how much I love the theming and journey through the world...
Definitely epic worthy, since it barely even lags. I expect this to place high in the Creator Guild CC.

First victor! Glad to see this groundbreaking level finally out! Started in 2019 by JerkRat and finished in 2021 by Custi, this level is a total banger. With absolutely amazing theming, art and atmosphere it is certainly one of my favorite levels to come out recently!
It was amazing to see the progression of this level, watching both Custi and Jerk building it on call. If Im not mistaken, Jerkrat made the beginning part, the first part of the drop and the text in the end art, Flaksy made most of the layout and Custi made everything else (with Jerk giving ideas, helping with execution etc.) This level is insanely fun and consistent as well, Custi asked me to help playtesting among others but there was only a couple small fixes I had to offer, everything else was great already! With ~190k objects I thought this level would lag a lot for me but it plays really well and has a good ldm as far as Im concerned.
This is an insane demon, but not a hard one. It is mostly skill-based with not too much learning (except a little in the last part) and no particularly hard timings or anything.
Once again, good job Custi and Jerk for the amazing atmosphere and Flaksy for enjoyable gameplay!
Attempts: I was playtesting so not sure, but Id guess it would take me 150-300 attempts to beat this blind.
